Heart Rate Variability
Our Office utilizes HRV in several different forms:
HRV is a noninvasive way to identify nervous system imbalances. If a person’s system is in more of a fight-or-flight mode, the variation between subsequent heartbeats is low. If one is in a more relaxed state, the variation between beats is high. In other words, the healthier the nervous system the faster you are able to switch gears, showing more resilience and flexibility.
The average HRV score is about 59 for Elite HRV users. … Greater Heart Rate Variability (a higher HRV score) at rest is generally indicative of better health, a younger biological age, and better aerobic fitness.
